Humble man accused of indecent exposure in public

HOUSTON

Luis Rivera-Castillo was arrested Thursday on a charge of indecent exposure, according to a Harris County probable cause document.

Authorities allege Rivera-Castillo inappropriately touched himself in front of a woman at a public place on Thursday. The woman, according to the document, was offended and alarmed by the act.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor charge. Bail for Rivera-Castillo wasn't immediately set.
