Arrest made after man found dead Baytown home

BAYTOWN, TX At about 3:25am Monday, Baytown police officers were called to the 1700 block of California Street for a disturbance. When officers arrived they discovered Miguel Hernandez, 25, dead inside the home. Police say he suffered a stab wound to the chest, which is believed to have caused his death.

During an investigation, they discovered that Hernandez had picked up a female and brought her to a friend's house. An argument between the two ensued over money, then the woman allegedly stabbed him and fled.

Authorities later identified the female suspect as 41-year-old Shawna Renee Felder, of Baytown, and arrested her on a murder charge.
