Hearing delayed in New Braunfels on airport fight

NEW BRAUNFELS, TX Visiting District Judge Bert Richardson on Tuesday approved the extension in a storage dispute over whether fuel types wrongly had been mixed.

New Braunfels City Attorney Alan Wayland says city and NB Aero, which denies wrongdoing, agreed to an extension of the temporary restraining order granted March 8.

NB Aero attorney Larry Berkman says the two sides will likely settle out of court.

Fire Marshal Patrick O'Connell continues his investigation into a disputed March 5 fuel delivery.
