Man gets jolted with electricity while trying to flee police
HOUSTON
Officers were chasing the driver of an SUV when he got out and bailed along the Eastex Freeway and Roach. Police say he ran across the freeway and tried to climb the fence of a business. Unknown to him, the fence was electrified. The suspect touched the fence and the jolt knocked him to the ground. He would be OK.
