Authorities arrested a man in connection to the suspicious package found outside of City Hall Monday morning. According to court documents, Edward Marcus Johnson, 39, is charged with making a terroristic threat. He is accused of leaving behind a bogus bomb outside of City Hall Monday morning.

The bomb squad used a cable to move the package and detonated it. Officers determined it was not a bomb, but a duffle bag filled with toys covered with tape.
