Missing brain surgery survivor found safe
DICKINSON, TX
Chauncia Grimes contacted the Dickinson Police Department Wednesday afternoon and met with detectives. Police say she is healthy and safe. They say she was with friends and did not realize her family was looking for her.
Grimes was last seen walking from 2813 Chicago Street on Monday evening. Authorities say she has a history of memory loss since undergoing brain surgery in December 2010.
