Grand jury clears Patton Village officials

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX Police officers from at least three agencies, including Patton Village, testified before a grand jury last Tuesday.

A driver says that in late September another man pointed a gun at him on the highway. He called 9-1-1, but even after the armed man was in custody, he wasn't charged.

Instead, the complaining driver says a Patton Village officer asked him what his time was worth.

The other man gave him $400 and that was it.
