HOUSTON --
A Precinct 6 deputy constable is recovering after a crash in his squad car. Investigators say the deputy was headed to a call this afternoon in southeast Harris County with his siren on. That's when they say another car pulled out in front of him at 75th and Lawndale and the deputy T-boned the car. He was sent to a hospital, but was released tonight. No word on the condition of the other driver.
