A homeowner is upset with the fire department after flames burned her house in north Houston. The fire started around 3am at the house on Lucky near Banjo. The residents got out safely. The woman who lives there says she called for help yesterday evening when she smelled something. But she says crews didn't come out until the actual fire started.

"Then we could smell smoke when we came back into the house up in my bedroom, we could smell the smoke and then we saw brown and puffs in my bedroom ceiling," recalled homeowner Tommie Wiley. "He said there's a fire up there."

Arson investigators are trying to determine what sparked the flames.
