Rice air rifle attack suspect appears in court

HOUSTON Bonnie Mugg, 21, went before a judge on an aggravated assault charge. Police say Mugg and three other people shot at joggers and walkers at the Rice University jogging trail over the Labor Day weekend. One person was hit and the window of a vehicle was shot out.

One defendant, Caitlin Barnett, is a current Rice student.
