Teens take stolen truck on wild ride

In northeast Houston a tow truck driver arrived at the end of stolen truck chase and learned his teenage son is one of the suspects. [SIGN UP: Get headlines and breaking news sent to you]

A husband and wife told police they were unloading items at a church on Sterlingshire at Courben around 9pm Saturday when two teenage boys jumped in their pickup and took off. Around 2am an officer found the truck and the chase began. The driver ended up on a dead-end street in, u-turned in a front yard and hit a police car. The teens drove a few more blocks before bailing out of the truck, which kept going driverless and crashed into a pole.

The teens tried to run but officers quickly caught both suspects and took them into custody.
