Officer shot in face now in rehab

Officer /*Rick Salter*/ is making strides to recover, staying at a rehabilitation facility. Officer Salter was wounded serving a narcotics warrant last month in east Houston. He's been in the hospital ever since.

The suspected shooter, Wifido Joel Alfaro, was shot and killed by other officers involved in the raid.
