Fugitive rape suspect back in Harris Co.

We were there during Castleberry's arrival at the Harris County Jail on Friday evening. Castleberry had spent the past few years living in Thailand. Prosecutors accuse Castleberry of raping four girls and videotaping the sex acts.

Investigators apologized for taking so long to catch Castleberry and say his accusers are relieved at his capture.

"We're very, very glad that he was apprehended," said Pat Schifani with the Harris County Sheriff's Office. "We're sorry that it took this long to get him. My victims were afraid every day. They just felt that he would come back. It was big relief to them to know that he was apprehended and he is now here."

Castleberry faces six counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
