Manhattan State Supreme Court Justice Carol Edmead dismissed Shaniqua Tompkins' claims to half of 50 Cent's assets. While the amount sought turned out to be irrelevant, the judge said the 32-year-old rapper's worth is "set at no less than $50 million."

Tompkins says 50 Cent promised he would support her forever if he made it big.

The judge said the relationship was "an unfortunate tale of a love relationship gone sour."

Tompkins and 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, have an 11-year-son.

Her lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, said he will consider an appeal.
