Leo Gomez, Sr., and his wife, Milagro Vanegas, were shot and killed in their home on Burke Road in June. Their son walked in on the attack and was shot, but survived. Police have been looking for Gomez's former business partner, George Alberto Amezquita.
A Crime Stoppers tip lead investigators to a horse ranch in Poteet, south of San Antonio, where Amezquita had been living and working. He is now being held without bond.
