In both robberies, the suspect entered the store and asked to purchase Kool brand cigarettes at the front register. He demanded the clerk give him money from the register while his hand was in his pocket, as if he was armed with a gun. The suspect also threatened to shoot the clerks if they did not do as he ordered.
The suspect is described only as a white male in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall with a slim build. He was wearing a dark colored "hoodie" jacket with the words, "Live It, Love It or Leave It," written in large white or yellow letters on the back. The suspect may also have several tattoos on the lower parts of his legs.
Anyone with information regarding these incidents or the identity of the suspect is urged to contact Officer K. Miller of the Westside Robbery Division at 281-584-4755 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
