Agreement reached in Ibarra case

HOUSTON Attorney /*Lloyd Kelley*/ has agreed to pay the /*Ibarra brothers*/ $57,000 as a final disbursement in the case, says Kelley's attorney Marc Hill. In return, Sean and Erik Ibarra have agreed to withdraw their lawsuit against Kelley, as well as their complaint to the State Bar of Texas.

The state bar says it investigates all grievances, including those withdrawn.

Still unanswered: if and how much Quanell X was paid to work on the case. Randy Sorrells, the Ibarras' new lawyer, says Kelley's camp never produced those records.
