Teacher accused of smoking crack

DALLAS, TX An officer noticed the man's car weaving on the road but the driver failed to immediately pull over, police said. While officers pursued him, he continued to smoke from a crack pipe, police said. Once pulled over, Donald Keith Johnson, 47, resisted arrest by throwing punches and kicking before being subdued with a Taser, police said.

Johnson was charged with evading arrest and possession of cocaine, according to The Dallas Morning News' online edition. He was being held in the Dallas County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bond. It wasn't immediately clear Thursday if he had an attorney who could comment on his case.
