DALLAS, TX An officer noticed the man's car weaving on the road but the
driver failed to immediately pull over, police said. While officers
pursued him, he continued to smoke from a crack pipe, police said.
Once pulled over, Donald Keith Johnson, 47, resisted arrest by
throwing punches and kicking before being subdued with a Taser,
Johnson was charged with evading arrest and possession of
cocaine, according to The Dallas Morning News' online edition. He
was being held in the Dallas County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bond. It
wasn't immediately clear Thursday if he had an attorney who could
comment on his case.
