Residents upset over expansion project

FORT BEND COUNTY, TX Last night in Richmond they questioned local political candidates about the plan to expand Highway 99 and make it part of a toll road. Some residents expressed fears that the expansion will eliminate businesses, decrease property values and create public safety problems.

The event was organized by the group "STOP" which is against the project.
