Two people injured in SW Houston apt. fire

HOUSTON The fire started at about 5am at the complex on Kings Gate Circle and Fondren. It has since been extinguished.

We're told two people were inside the apartment when the fire started. One was treated at the scene. The other has been rushed to a hospital, where we're waiting to get an update on that person's condition.

We've got crews on the scene and we'll bring you the latest when we get it.
