It seems the bus driver passed out at the wheel. She says he's had the flu the last couple of days and wasn't feeling well.
Jewel says, "All seemed fine. All the guys went to bed in their bunks," when around 2 a.m. the bus went flying off the road and into a ditch. She says luggage, guitars and bags went flying all over the place, but she says "Amazingly the bus didn't tip over."
