Accused deputy constable goes before judge

HOUSTON Last night, /*Terrence Richardson*/ faced a judge in a probable cause hearing. He's charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity. Prosecutors say the former Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable stole money from drug dealers while on duty.

A suspected accomplice, Brandy Sykes, is also charged with organized criminal activity.
