Man killed while walking to bar

HOUSTON The accident happened at 78th and Harrisburg. The victim was trying to walk to a bar around 1am when a car hit him. He was dragged a short distance by the vehicle.

The victim was taken to Ben Taub Hospital where he later died. The driver fled the scene.
