Dogs die in apartment fire

HOUSTON Several units at the complex on Jennings near Detroit suffered heavy fire damage. There's no official word on what caused the fire, but investigators say one of the units was illegally getting power from another unit.

They're looking to see if that had anything to do with the fire.
