Alvarado died at the scene. The other victim survived.
No bond for murder suspects
HOUSTON Thursday, a judge denied bond for James and Debbie Probst, and Elizabeth Smith. They're charged with capital murder. Police say they shot Cesar Alvarado and another man outside a check cashing business last week during a robbery.
