The driver of the car was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The officer was not hurt.
Deputy responding to call involved in wreck
HOUSTON We're told the deputy was in a marked car, but did not have his lights and siren on. He attempted to turn left on CE King Parkway, when he allegedly ran a stop sign. He hit a car traveling northbound.
