HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Over the weekend, we reported that the Texans pulled off a trade with New England that brought Ryan Mallet to Houston. Shortly after, the team announced the release of former UH QB Case Keenum.
As Mallett makes his way into town, Keenum has found a new home in St. Louis. The Rams picked him up yesterday.
Their quarterback, Sam Bradford, was hurt in the pre-season with a knee injury and will be out for the rest of the season.
Keenum tweeted yesterday, "It's been an honor to call Houston my home the last nine years. Love this city and you guys. Thanks for always supporting. I will always rep H-town."
