COBB COUNTY, GA (KTRK) -- A national group of Satan worshippers hope to start a Satan club at a Georgia elementary school.
Parents at the school say they recognize the group's rights to freedom of speech, but don't like the idea of an after-school club for young Satan worshippers.

The group says the club promotes "focused rationalism, free inquiry and fun," and counters the Christian "Good News" clubs found on school campuses across the country.
The elementary school in Cobb County may not have a choice, parents say.

"Oh, well definitely, my preference would be no," says parent Angela Seals. "We don't have it. But 'their' preference would be that Christians not have their group, too."
