All lanes of 290 reopen after officers help man off the top of exit ramp

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- All lanes of 290 have reopened after officers helped a man off the top of an exit ramp.

Emergency crews were on the scene Tuesday morning after reports that a man was threatening to jump off the exit ramp of highway 290 westbound and Beltway 8.

The incident caused officials to shut down all mainlanes of 290 westbound.
