Jessica Cain autopsy unable to determine cause of death

HARRIS COUNTY (KTRK) -- The Harris County Medical Examiner's office has concluded that there is not enough evidence to determine how Jessica Cain died.

Remains of Cain were found in March and in early April confirmed to be the missing teenager. She was 17 years old when she vanished in 1997.

Suspected serial killer, William Reece, led authorities to where he buried her body in a field on E. Orem Road near Hobby Airport.
