House burns while family on vacation

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A family on vacation will return home to find part of their home damaged by fire.

The flames broke out around 9pm Sunday at a home in the 8400 block of Cedel at Marnel.

Houston Firefighters quickly arrived and were able to contain the flames to the bedroom area of the home. Arson investigators are now working to determine what caused the fire since the family was not home at the time.

No one got hurt.
