Firefighter suspended after overdosing while on duty at Connecticut firehouse

NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (KTRK) -- Officials are investigating after a firefighter overdosed while on duty in the fire station.

The Connecticut firefighter was reportedly found unresponsive by coworkers, when he should've been responding to a 9-1-1 call.

The situation was so bad, the firefighter had to be revived with Narcan.

This is the second New Haven, Connecticut firefighter found under in the influence while on the clock this year.
