Up in the air! Perfect weather for Houston Kite Festival

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Thousands of kites used a windy Sunday to take to the air as part of the fourth annual Hermann Park Conservancy Kite Festival.

The event brings hundreds out to take to the sky.
