Samuel Gomez, 31, is charged with super aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 6. It happened at a home in Pasadena. The victim was only 5 years old.
Gomez was supposed to go before a judge in May of 2010, but failed to appear and an ankle monitor he had on stopped working.
If you have any information on Gomez's whereabouts, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that leads to his arrest.
