Back in July of 1985, Kathanie Anita Willems and her 12-year-old son, Charley Boring III, were murdered in their home in the 4200 block of Shaver in Pasadena. During the initial investigation, William Roger Hancock, 56, was charged with the murders, however a grand jury didn't indict him.
Then yesterday, Pasadena police and investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office met with Hancock, who was already in prison for sexual assault.
During yesterday's conversation, investigators say Hancock confessed to the 1985 murders and provided them with additional details.
Hancock has now been charged with two counts of capital murder and kidnapping.
