Fast-moving fire destroys northeast Houston home

HOUSTON

The flames broke out at a home on Priest near Exeter.

Firefighters say they had to cut a hole through a fence to get inside the home. They were able to put out the flames quickly, but only a fraction of the homeowners' possessions survived.

The elderly couple who lives there was at their daughter's house when the fire started. Unfortunately, they do not have insurance.
