Charge upgraded to murder in deadly party shooting in Cypress
HOUSTON
Charges against 18-year-old Randy Stewart have been upgraded to murder. In February, Stewart and his brother, Marvin, were charged with tampering with evidence in a house party shooting. Two teens were killed and 20 others injured in the melee.
