Texans running back Arian Foster returned to Twitter over the weekend to report he's been medically cleared to return to football. Since then, the tweets have kept on coming, including a shot at the NCAA.

Yesterday, when someone tweeted to Foster, asking him who he thought would win the NCAA tournament, Foster replied, "NCAA will win. They'll get billions, players get a trophy."

It's not the first time Foster has made comments about the NCAA and student athletes. Last year, Foster admitted in an interview for a documentary that he received payments so that he could afford room and board while paying at Tennessee.

"I feel like I shouldn't have to run from the NCAA anymore," Foster said last year. "They're like these big bullies. I'm not scared of them."
