Retired Houston police officer Dana Tweedie died in the crash at 69th Street and Seawall Boulevard on February 22. His wife, an active member of the Houston Police Department, was severely injured.
Authorities have arrested the other driver, 18-year-old Callie Inman, on charges of intoxication manslaughter.
Police say several witnesses have come forward but more are being sought.
