Tabitha Ormaechea stopped at a red light up in Spokane got a little bump from behind. She says she thought the long work hours were messing with her eyes when she saw who was driving.
"When I looked up, there was no one in the car, just a little dog up on the steering wheel peeking over looking at me," said Ormaechea. "I was shocked. I didn't know if I was crazy or if this little dog had taken a joy ride."
The pup's owner says he was in the store when Toby apparently knocked his car out of gear and started heading out into the road.
He also says Toby's joyride has cost him his car privileges and license.
