Authorities say patrol officers Colin Murphy, Peter Behler and Daniel Bassett were responding to a call about a man with a gun. According to court documents, the officers hit the suspect and used a Taser on him when he was not resisting.
All three officers are on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
