It started around 4:15pm when an HPD officer began chasing a black Camaro near the West Loop and Highway 59. Shortly after the chase began, it ended with the crash near the West Loop and Bellaire.
According to an officer, the driver of the Camaro took out a light pole and signs.
At this point, we don't know what led to the chase.
