The alert was issued late last night for Alexxa Nycole Rivas, whose grandmother has custody of her. Police say she was taken by her mother, Brittany Rivas, 29, yesterday morning.
Investigators say Brittany Rivas is suicidal, has a history of violence and drug abuse and may be carrying a weapon, which led to the alert.
Police say Alexxa was found and is safe. No other details were immediately available.
