The Interstate 45 HOV lane was closed because one of the concrete barriers that runs along the lanes near North Main somehow became pushed in far enough that it was preventing traffic from flowing.
It's unclear how it happened, but crews were able to move that barrier back where it belongs. The lane was open again by 9:20am.
