Authorities say two teenagers were sitting in front of a courtyard at an apartment complex on Beechnut near Gessner when they were approached by two men.
They got into an argument and then one of the men pulled out a gun and shot one of the teenage boys while he was still sitting in the chair. The 14-year-old died at the scene but the other teen was not hurt.
The gunmen ran away and remain on the run.
