HOUSTON --
Early voting begins Monday for the November 5 elections and for the first time, you will need to have a photo ID before heading to the polls. if you don't have an ID, the state is offering free election ID certificates so you can still cast your ballot.
The Texas Department of Public Safety has set up two additional locations in Harris County to issue those ID's.
Early voting runs through Friday, November 1. Find your voting location.
