According to the Texas Department of Transportation, around 8pm, a big rig leaked a lot hydraulic fluid along the service road of the West Sam Houston Tollway at Buffalo Bayou and left the scene.
Authorities aren't sure whether the driver of the 18 wheeler even knew about the leak, but they think it will take as long as four hours to clean up the mess he left behind.
Meanwhile, crews are blocking parts of the feeder road, causing some traffic backup in the area.
