The Princess Cruise line believes a passenger brought the norovirus -- also called the stomach flu -- onboard the Crown Princess. Officials say 102 passengers and crew got sick.
The ship continues to undergo the highest level of sanitation to stop the spread of the illness. As an additional precaution, Crown Princess will undergo a comprehensive disinfection upon arrival into Galveston on Saturday.
In February, about 160 passengers and crew aboard the same ship got sick after another outbreak of the norovirus.
