Cristian Morales-VanFossen disappeared Wednesday from southeast Houston.
He is 3 feet tall with scars on both of his legs. He has green-blue eyes, sandy brown hair and weighs about 32 pounds.
Police believe Cristian may have been taken to Mexico.
