Andrew Tice's captors released a video showing him alive. In it, his captors are moving Tice blindfolded, through a rugged mountainside. It is still unclear who captured Tice and if or when he will be released.
Government officials and journalists investigating his capture believe the Syrian government fighters are the ones holding him hostage.
